Need to Change Your Appointment?
Life happens! I understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and make appointment times available to everyone, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make a change.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
The easiest way to manage your appointment is through the Calendly confirmation email you received when booking. Simply use the provided link to change your appointment. You can also contact me directly via email at [email protected]. Please reach out as soon as you know you need to adjust your appointment.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, or if you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will still apply. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are available for all clients.
