My passion for understanding how people think and grow led me to study mental health. I earned my Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex and my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Studies from the University of East Anglia in the UK. This foundation gives me a strong understanding of mental health across all ages.

  • Cultural Understanding. My Arab-Western background helps me connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. My familiarity with both British and Egyptian cultures allows me to create a comfortable and understanding therapeutic space.

During my time in the UAE, I've focused on helping adolescents and university students navigate stress, identity issues, and relationship challenges. I also have experience in couples counseling and group therapy.
